Prenatal yoga
This class will help to prepare you for labor and delivery. We'll develop strength and flexibility and a sense of calm to help you through your pregnancy, labor and beyond. We use visualization, meditation, breath work, vocal toning and asanas to prepare you for this most miraculous time of life. You should be past your first trimester to participate. Permission of your doctor/midwife is recommended.
